Home theater has a huge 70" HD plasma TV with dynamite surround sound system to take in a movie or watch the big game. Also included: Refrigerator, laundry room with washer/dryer/freezer, bathroom and attaching 4th bedroom with two bunk beds. Easy access to the swimming pool and shuffleboard court.
